1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We accept orders with an MOQ as low as 10 pieces. For larger quantities, we offer more competitive pricing.

Valve: Yes, absolutely. We can equip cylinders with any standard valve type to meet the specific requirements of different gases (e.g., CGA, BS, DIN standards). Please specify the gas type for the correct valve recommendation.
Color: Custom colors are available upon request. Standard colors comply with common gas identification codes.
Handle: We offer multiple handle options (e.g., fixed ring handle, removable handle) for your choice to suit different handling and operational needs.

3. Do you offer gas filling service?
Yes, we provide one-stop gas filling service. We own and operate our own advanced gas filling station, capable of filling high-purity gases including he (He), Nitrogen (N2), Oxygen (O2), and Argon (Ar). Our strict process control ensures high gas purity and reliable safety. This integrated service can save you significant logistics time and costs.

4. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit paid in advance, and the 70% balance paid before shipment.
L/C at Sight is also acceptable for bulk orders.
Other payment methods can be discussed based on order value and cooperation history.

5. What is the production and delivery lead time?
For standard models and in-stock items: Delivery within 7-15 days after order confirmation.
For customized orders (color, valve, etc.) or large quantities: Approximately 20-30 days. The exact timeline will be confirmed with your specific order details.

6. What are the cylinder materials and specifications?
We mainly supply seamless steel cylinders compliant with DOT, ISO, GB, or TPED standards. Common specifications include 2L, 10L, 40L, and 50L water capacity. Please inquire for detailed specifications and test certificates.
